Alumni as Mentors

Apply now

Alumni as Mentors allows final-year students to connect with alumni mentors in mutually beneficial partnerships aimed at helping students in their transition into work life. Mentoring offers students the opportunity to improve their employability skills and understanding of the world of work, while alumni can enhance their personal and professional development, gain satisfaction from giving back, and connect in a meaningful way with the university community, wherever they are.

Networking events and training dates

Alumni as Mentors is made up of a growing community of engaged alumni and students. The programme offers an opportunity to connect with this supportive network. The team arrange networking events, help facilitate connections between mentoring pairs (e.g. mock interview panels), and support individuals to connect with each other.

Mentor and mentee training sessions are run regularly throughout the year, in person and online. For upcoming Alumni as Mentors training and event dates, see the Alumni as Mentors events schedule.
