Alumni as Mentors allows final-year students to connect with alumni mentors in mutually beneficial partnerships aimed at helping students in their transition into work life. Mentoring offers students the opportunity to improve their employability skills and understanding of the world of work, while alumni can enhance their personal and professional development, gain satisfaction from giving back, and connect in a meaningful way with the university community, wherever they are.
