Anna's study and research background is primarily in psychology, which she has complemented with various roles working to support student success in the tertiary and international education sectors.
Anna enjoys seeing how the mentoring partnerships in Alumni as Mentors give students a greater sense of confidence in their future career paths and helps them build their awareness of how their experiences and skills are of value in the workforce. Nabilah is passionate in navigating students towards potential career pathways especially through student events that foster student growth and development.
With her previous work managing a mentorship programme, she firmly believes that mentorship is a powerful initiative for both mentor and student to broaden their perspectives personally and professionally.
